This place suits me perfectly. The staff even helped me find a jewel I lost during my first stay, which I appreciated. Great amenities like 24-hour reception, wi-fi, and laundry make it a top choice for me.

The location was great, adjacent to the Nagoya Station, restaurants/convenience stores, and the underground mall, connected to the station, and had particularly good views. Apart from that, Forrest Little Golf Club was 15 minutes away by driving.

The place was fairly clean with a very-very nice and polite staff at night shift. The location was marvellous and I could use private parking outside.

Smoking room assignments without alternatives are unacceptable. Parking options were limited, leading to more expenses. Cleanliness should be enhanced around air conditioning units. A more straightforward disposal policy for luggage would help!!!

The place has marvellous and unbeatable location close to many shops and restaurants. Whatever you need is this reasonably spacious room with the dryer, an extra bed made out, bath tub.
The room is quite pricey.

missingWrote a review on 17 Octair purifiertoiletries varietyunpleasant odors
The rooms come equipped with an air purifier, a nice touch for those sensitive to air quality.
Getting to the non-smoking room meant passing by the smoking area, which wafts unpleasant odors into hallways. The bedding felt unclean, with a sickly smell that lingered, and the view from the window was completely blocked off. Breakfast options were limited, not just by Western standards but also across Japanese fare was great.

Had a lovely stay with a clean room and a super comfy bed that made all the difference. The hotel also had cozy spots to relax and unwind. Convenient luggage forwarding services that saved us a lot of hassle. The only hiccup was that the bathroom could've used a bit more counter space, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Convenient amenities and a relaxing stay
The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Shinkansen station. The shower setup was exactly what I love-super convenient and reminiscent of Western styles. And the massage chair in the room was a good surprise, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. On the downside, I found the additional bed a bit cramped in the room layout, made moving around a bit tricky.

Comfortable Stay with Great Location!
I loved the modern vibe and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly, and the location couldn't be beat-just steps from the station! Pro tip, ask for extra pillows if needed, as the initial ones can be on the firmer side. A fantastic stay!

The massage chair in our room was a game changer, super comfy after a long day of exploring! Room was clean and spacious, and the layout felt just right for our family. The breakfast was decent, though the options were on the limited side. We were a bit let down by the window style, expected something fancier but didn't get it. Still, overall a nice stay.
